Non-Returnable Items

Change of mind after receiving the product
Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to lighting or screen display differences
Damage caused after delivery or due to customer handling

Return Request Timeline
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3days of receiving the product. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Verification Process
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue for verification.

Resolution Options
After verification, eligible cases will be resolved through

Product replacement, or
Refund (depending on stock availability and case evaluation)

Shipping Charges
If the issue is caused by our side (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return cost. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
